The hotel was conveniently located but the room was quite small.
The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable.
The room was smaller than expected. I have stayed at two other hotels in this area. The room size was smallest of the three.

Good.
Pretty good location- 8 minutes walk from the subway station, near bus station, 7-11 and Don Quixote nearby. Breakfast was very good.

Good
For Japanese standards, the room was very spacious. Soundproofing was excellent, it was very quiet. 24/7 free drinks in the lobby as well as free snacks at dinner time were a nice touch and definitely appreciated.
Be aware of the "Fukuoka tax" - a minimal fee taken from tourists coming to the area that is not advertised in advance. Reception would not agree to checking in early by less than an hour but did store luggage. Upon returning to check in after the official time, it then took a while to complete the process as 5 other check in's had to be processed first.

Best choice whether for shopping, eating or just relaxing
It's centrally located as it is in between Hakata and Tenjin. Very walkable and safe area even late at night. The breakfast was amazing as it serves real food - nothing processed or Western Food. Staffs were helpful and nice.
We booked a Superior Double Room with King sized bed. The bed was huge for two persons but the pillows were too stiff and we were given a total of two only.
